I am passionate about providing effective behavioral health services for all patients in need and devoted to the mission of embedded behavioral health integration in primary care. I teach patients skills to engage in symptom reduction to improve overall quality of life and use therapeutic protocols to help them reconnect to their values, enhance their ability to cope with and better manage, their overall health concerns. I work in collaboration with the patient’s treatment team, to offer holistic care for all patients. I choose to work at Mosaic because it provides an opportunity to help people create change to better their life. I truly care about people and enjoy encouraging them to live a full life that is in line with what they truly believe gives them purpose.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. For fun, I love to hike in the woods, exercise, drink delicious coffee, and enjoy reading encouraging books. As the seasons change, I enjoy spending time on the soccer field, in the snow, or near any body of water.
