I love narrative medicine. I love to get to know patients through their stories, their experiences and the people in their life. Not only do I want to provide the best evidenced-based medicine possible, but to honor how it affects a patient’s life. I am able to sit with people in difficult times.

I do Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder, medical therapies for Alcohol Use disorder, preventative medicine, prenatal care, women’s health, reproductive health (IUD insertions, but not Nexplanon). I enjoy transitions, from adolescent, to menopause to advanced care planning, and end of life.

My hobbies include mountain biking, hiking, yoga, paddle boarding, birding, reading, and meditation. My husband and I raised two wonderful daughters.
